For when you get that job you applied for or when you were chosen by a client
Not really confident in writing a note? Here are some tips to up your thanking game:
Firstly, write a draft with everything you want to say in a concise manner so you can get your thoughts together. You may search online for some guides on the format, parts and content
List your options and carefully choose from it depending on the personality of the person you’re giving to or your relationship with each other. There are many ways to make and send the note.
You may opt for a virtual one if there aren’t any means of sending a physical card. You may opt for a digitally-made note using software with pre-formatted lay-outs or writing them yourselves.
Squeeze in a striking statement related to the reason why you’re thanking them. This may be placed on the first part of the note to make a strong opening or at the last part for a lasting impression
This may not be necessary but you may want to consider putting a little bit of token or small gift.
Yes the card itself is more than enough and all about the essence, but if you want to go an extra mile, inserting a small gift can never harm you.
